The week before Christmas

This week the children in Year 3 have been enjoying lot's of Christmas activities and concerts. Monday began with our Christmas Concert dress rehersal. We enjoyed performing for Key Stage 1 and also watching their wonderful concert. On Tuesday it was our turn to perform to parents, Mrs Sennett and Mr Elliott. All of the children were fantastic and made everyone feel very proud. It was a special way to end lots of hard work!

This week we have been busy making Christmas cards, calendars, writing to Santa and using our maths skills to crack Christmas codes. We have also found time to enjoy a Christmas DVD. Today was our Christmas party, and the children danced, played party games, and ate party food. A huge thank you to all the parents who send in food for us to share. Tomorrow is our Christmas walk to school and a special collective worship. Mr Carver has promised the children a few surprises!
