What a busy week we are having!

We have had a fantastic week so far and the children have all been working really hard. In English, we have been learning the story of 'Little Red Riding Hood'. We have been practicing the story with actions and we are hopefully going to impress the Year 2 children with our final performance on Friday morning! In Maths, we have been measuring height and length using cubes, paper clips, lollipop sticks and footsteps and we have been putting objects in order from smallest to biggest. Today in PE, the children produced some brilliant balances on the apparatus and they were able to travel round the hall in different ways, exploring the space around them. A great start to the week Year 1. We've got lots more exciting things planned for the rest of the week too!
